auditTrack™ is a web-based sales management module available in auditData™.  Unlike other sales and CRM solutions, client data is not intermingled with hundreds of other companies’ data.  Each auditTrack™ instance is stored separately in its own individually keyed and encrypted database. 

auditTrack™ has a modular design and is adaptable to the organizational structure of our clients.  auditTrack™ makes it easy to enter a business hierarchy and to assign privileges.  User access is then automatically limited to the defined structure.  Producers only see their own contacts, opportunities and calendar.  Managers can view their sales forces’ information in order to monitor, assess and assist in the selling process.  Partial access can be granted as needed to others who may be assisting in the selling process.

auditTrack™ consists of three main components:

2. auditTrack™ enables users to label their contacts however they deem appropriate: contacts, prospects, clients or whatever fits a particular sales team.  auditTrack™ provides a complete contact management system with all critical account data in easy-to-read, easy-to-edit formats.  Contacts are hierarchy-enabled.  One contact can be related to any other by family, marriage, business (employee) or however it is appropriate.

2. Similarly, opportunities can be labeled in a highly flexible manner: opportunities, projects, jobs, deals, etc.  auditTrack™ shows the important details of the opportunity, its worth and status.  auditTrack™ maintains a complete timeline of events, from referral to closing and beyond.

From referral tracking to meeting coordination, the calendar system in auditTrack™ provides a detailed timeline of the sales process for each opportunity.  Often, a single client meeting can cover multiple opportunities.  auditTrack™ provides a very easy to use follow up system that enables clear, concise documentation of every meeting and each opportunity discussed.  The powerful calendaring system in auditTrack™ tracks client meetings, office events and personal appointments and can fully integrate with Microsoft Exchange, Apple’s iCal Server and Google Calendar systems.
   

auditTrack™ uses the best of today’s open standards technology, enabling seamless integration with most smart phones and tablet devices.

The modular design of auditTrack™ allows it to connect in a variety of background methods to other data sources, such as AIM Systems’ auditData™, or to other databases and back office systems.

auditTrack™ is compatible with leading web browsers, including Microsoft Explorer 7 or higher, Firefox 3 or higher, and Safari 4 or higher.
